Oh World Market!!! Look what you did to me!!! No of course my shopaholic ways had nothing to do with it!!!! Can you tell I was seriously deprived as a kid? I mean I can’t even distinguish between a need and a want!!! Ok I’m rambling…You see it all started with that beauty of a Copper Mug Rack… I didn’t need it as I already have a distressed white one… (hmmm…need or want) but my Big Papa J saw me looking at the Copper one so lovingly and gave me the go ahead to purchase it….
Needless to say this beauty found a space over in my Shelf and set the stage for me to do a little Shelf Styling!!!
I emptied out the whole area and decided to start from scratch. I knew I wanted to incorporate some flowers….
Of course I kept that Bakery Sign up….
And just a touch of my Sweet Rae Dunn here and there…
I like to work with odd numbers when grouping items on a shelf or mantle… I also like using items that differ in height. If an item is too small you always have the option of stacking it as seen with the recipe box and Cake Plate or you can place an item inside of it as seen with the rolling pins and pitcher…
I also added on this sweet antique copper tea kettle…
Love the way it looks next to that Jadeite Cake Stand from Pioneer Woman with the contrast of height and color!!!
And we can’t forget that tiered tray…
Here is a full view…
Love the way it all came together with the pops of greenery, flowers, mixture of metals and some clean crisp white and black to create the base…
Thanks so much for taking the time out to stop by!!! So incredibly thankful for you!!!!
