Simplicity in the Dining Room

After the craziness of the Holidays, I was so eager to get back into the swing of things, to clear out all the CLUTTER scattered about and to ease on into a SIMPLE way of living . This meant keeping it simple in the decor department too. I didn’t want to break the bank so I used what I had on hand to create a simple, fun, rustic and wintery Feel!!! You know my Big Papa J is really into me “shopping my home!!!”😁

In keeping with the “shop my home” theme I used these candles that I intertwined with some greenery that I scored from the Target Dollar Spot over the Holidays….

Check out this front view…. This table was purchased over 10 years ago from Pier 1. I  am on the hunt to replace it but haven’t found one that speaks to me…Yes, I speak to my furniture, most of them have names too..hmm am I scaring you 😵.😂.😉.and that beauty of a hutch back there was a Tag Sale find that was passed down from generation to generation…don’t you just love pieces with a story behind it😁…

Off to the side is that beauty of a potting bench that I received from a local barn sale. I used to have it outside on my deck and have decided to bring it indoors for the Winter…absolutely love the versatility of this piece. .. and yes good ole’ Opie…he loves this spot!!!😁

You know I need to give it to you from all angles!!! Off to the front of the window is the infamous Everett Console Table from Word Market.  I kept this area very minimal, rustic and clean.

A clean and crisp vibe with snuggle appeal…what Winter is all about right!?!? Are you craving Simplicity? Stay blessed loves!!!😘
